Important: Urstak provides educational supplement recommendations based on your inputs. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, especially if you take medications, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.

While our recommendations are built by a registered pharmacist using evidence-based scoring, every individual is unique. Supplements can interact with medications, conditions, and lab values in ways our quiz cannot detect. When in doubt, ask your doctor.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We use Google OAuth for sign-in, so account security follows Google's standards.

Payment terms

Urstak's Free plan is permanently free. The Full Plan is a one-time payment of $19.99 that unlocks the complete stack, the daily schedule, drug-interaction screening for your active stack, recommended lab tests, and the doctor-ready PDF.

This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and you will never be charged again automatically. Full Plan access lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days, your account returns to the Free plan on its own, with no charge and nothing for you to cancel. If you want full access again later, you can buy the Full Plan again whenever you like.

Payments are processed by Payhip, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Refund policy

If the Full Plan isn't useful to you, email contact@urstak.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no back-and-forth. Refunds are issued through Payhip to your original payment method.

After the 7-day window, we generally can't offer a refund, but you're always welcome to reach out and we'll do our best to help. If you're in a region with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases, that right still applies regardless of this policy.

Limitation of liability

Urstak provides recommendations as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our recommendations, including any adverse effects from supplements.

Always consult your doctor before making changes to your health regimen.

Intellectual property

All content on Urstak, including the quiz, scoring methodology, articles, and design, is owned by Urstak or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission. Your personal data and quiz responses, however, belong to you.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
